Bandon Crossings follows the natural contours of ancient sand dunes as the play roams through links land, over streams, and into open coastal forest of firs, cedars, and madrones. In addition to a spectacular view, Bandon Crossings usually enjoys better weather than the predictions, and is often nicer than the weather in the town of Bandon or right along the coast. Summer or winter, this course has excellent drainage and firm fairways, with practice area, driving range, golf lessons, and great challenges.
Bandon Crossings is a wonderful Southern Oregon Coast golf course, serving Coos Bay, North Bend, Reedsport, Port Orford, Coquille, and Gold Beach, and within an easy drive of Roseburg, Brookings, Florence, Eugene, Springfield and Medford. It is served by the North Bend, Eugene and Medford airports.
Bandon Crossings Golf Course is an 18 hole public golf facility in Bandon, Oregon, and though not affiliated with the Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, Bandon Crossings is a great golf experience, and compliment to this growing golf mecca. The Bandon Dunes Golf Resort now includes the original Bandon Dunes Golf Course, Pacific Dunes Golf Course, Bandon Trails Golf Course, and Old Macdonald Golf Course, a tribute to golf architect C.E. Macdonald. In addition, the 13 hole Par 3 course, Bandon Preserve, adds a fun element, with proceeds funding Coastal preservation. They have a large practice facility as well, with “Shorty’s” practice par 3 course. Next up will be a large putting green, set up for more adventure.
