2010 Casual Fridays Golf Tournament to Begin at Bandon Crossings Golf Course
Bandon Crossings Golf Course has announced the March 26 start-up of Casual Fridays, their season-long golf tournament. It is open to anyone for a $5 entry fee for each week played. In addition to a variety of weekly formats and prizes, players can also win the weekly Closest to the Pin competition.
Players earn points each week towards the annual Crossings Cup championship. The 2009 winners were awarded golf and merchandise credits. The champion was Julie Hawthorn - $800, 2nd Place: Charlie Sriutis –$280, 3rd Place: Chris Holm - $125, 4th Place: Lisa Hawthorn - $75.
To participate in Casual Fridays simply call the golf shop, book a tee-time for any Friday and mention you’d like to participate in Casual Friday at check-in.
Casual Fridays begins on March 26, the first round of Match Play Championships is on May 9, and Bandon Crossings Club Championship is September 25-26.
